Announcing A Minute With Sinnott

By kevindanko

As I prepare to “reboot” my executive consulting business over the winter I thought I would share some of my experiences in a section called “A Minute with Sinnott.”

No matter where you are in your career I ask you to fast forward to your retirement. Now take a look back on your career and I ask “where did you leave your mark?” Yes there should be many accomplishments that were celebrated and captured on your resume “scorecard.” My father who was a blue collar steel worker taught me that we leave our mark on people not in buildings and programs. As I look back I can say I value most the impact I had on those I had the privilege to lead more than anything else.

So I ask “where will you leave your mark?” It is never to early or late to ask this important question.
